As our name implies, CLARK BENEFIT GROUP is an employee benefit firm devoted to the task of helping employers and employees maintain quality benefit programs that are not only of real substance to employees, but cost effective to employers.

The Clark Benefit name has been known to Central and South Texans since the mid 80s. Its reputation as a provider of benefit programs and services is unsurpassed in these business communities. We have brought the best people together to help provide these services. People with experience that spans 30 years of designing and implementing employee benefit programs.

We give our customers an impartial analysis since we are not associated with any one company. Our objective is to keep our customer's costs LOW, without sacrificing coverage. We contact our clients three months prior to any rate change and then shop your coverage via our computer network that includes securing the rates and benefits of over 30 insurance companies / health plans.

Our staff is competent and courteous. We attempt to answer questions and resolve situations the same day. We ask our clients to call us with any claim or billing problem, regardless of the insurance company / health plan.

  • Conduct Employee meetings introducing proposed plan.
  • Written in-house memos for the purpose of properly introducing the benefit plans to existing employees.
  • New employee packets -- prepared for your staff to use in introducing and enrolling new employees.
  • Information and sample documents -- to help ensure compliance with ERISA.
  • Necessary information and materials for COBRA and State continuation.
  • A client service staff trained to help both you and your employees with questions, claims, or billing issues. We are your liaison with the insurance companies!
  • 800 number access for employees outside Austin or San Antonio.
  • We have both verbal and written bilingual capabilities.
  • Annual comparison of cost and benefits with other plans available in the marketplace -- even if you have no premium increase.
